My new goal!

Therefore go, my son, and thou shalt be favored of the Lord, because thou hast not murmured.

1st Nephi 3:6

This is what Nephi was told when he and his brothers were commanded to do something hard.

His brothers complained and whined.

Sound like anyone that you know???

Nephi however said

I will go and do the things which the Lord hath commanded, for I know that the Lord giveth no commandment unto the children of men, save he shall prepare a way for them that they may accomplish the thing which he commandeth them.

1st Nephi 3:7

I think it is a true statement.

The Lord knows each of us and what we can handle.

Sometimes we don't know what we can handle.

I get overwhelmed and scared.

Then the whining starts.

And it just flows and flows.

I want to be the one that is favored for not whining.

Just being brave and faithful and getting it done.
